Kia reveals the 2015 Sedona, treats “minivan” like a dirty word
Objectively, a minivan is a much vehicle as most people could ever need. It hauls people and cargo in comfort; for their size most minivans get decent mileage, and no class of vehicle has quite as much safety engineering. Innovative Windows can Add Small Terraces to Attic Rooms
An innovative, large window whose sashes when opened crate a balcony in the loft.
We ran across these innovative window systems designed by Fakro, which can easily add a balcony or a small terrace to a room.
The upper top hung sash opens upwards, whereas the lower sash can be tilted forwards, allowing easy access to the balcony recess. The sash when rotated through 0° to 45° is supported by an innovative auxiliary mechanism which allows leaving the open sash in any position within this range.
We find this project to be a great alternative to the simple attic room windows, adding an original aesthetic touch and literally opening up the space.
If you are looking for larger space, read up on Bloomframe and transform your window into a full size balcony.
